www.cash4inventory.com is the procurement arm of American Merchandise Liquidators, Inc. (www.amlinc.com) and shall be here forth known as C4i.

The purpose of C4i is to locate and purchase inventory (e.g. customer returns, overstocks, surplus, salvage, shelf pulls, closeouts, factory overruns, non-moving inventory, out of season merchandise, discontinued products and irregulars), to name a few, for American Merchandise Liquidators, Inc. and its customers.

This page states the Terms and Conditions that you, as a member, must agree to in order to register.  C4i reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, the site (the features, existence and/or content of www.cash4inventory.com) at any time.

By registering as a member of C4i you agree that we may contact you, via phone and or email, from time to time about merchandise that you may have.

Username - When becoming a member you will be prompted to choose a username. C4i may not grant you permission to a username if the name may already be in use at www.cash4inventory.com, may be offensive, may be a registered trademark belonging to someone else or may be illegal. C4i may also deny your access to a username after it has been registered, in case it doesn't fulfill those requirements or in case that the name is used in a way that it might be illegal.

Password - When becoming a member you will be prompted to choose a password together with your username. The member is responsible for choosing a password that, by common sense, can not be guessed or known by anyone else. The member may not tell or give the password away to anyone else. The member is also responsible for handling the password in a way that it can not be seen, understood, guessed or known by anyone else. No one at C4i, or anyone else responsible for www.cash4inventory.com, will ask you to tell send or give your password or anyone else's away!

Privacy policy – C4i will not sell or give your information to anyone. C4i may keep and use your information within the scope of C4i's primary function. This helps us to help you.  While we are security conscious, C4i can not guarantee that www.cash4inventory.com will never be hacked and your information stolen.
